A galvanized steel belt, in fairly loose Dragonscale.  It actually took me relatively little time to make -- no more than a couple of hours -- because I had already made a large square of Dragonscale.  Rather than making a new piece, I separated the square into strips and connected the strips end to end.  The buckle was scavenged from a secondhand leather belt I found.
